If your New Year’s resolutions include weight loss, getting active, or getting in shape, join us at the library for a group run on Tuesday evenings from January 8 to April 16 at 5:30 pm. Running with a group helps to keep you motivated and involved, and with our absolute beginner’s run/walk approach, people of all different fitness and activity levels can participate. Besides, we have the perfect goal for you!
Those participating in the group can qualify for free entry into the race to show off all the gains they have made in our first annual Book It 4 Your Library four-mile race scheduled for April 20, 2013. Group runners will need to sign a waiver at the first meeting, so please bring your photo ID (or a parent and their ID if under 18). The group run will be led by King Simpson.
